Roles and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining SLA records
• Analysing large sets of numerical data
• Provide weekly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports to Senior Management
• Produce monthly and quarterly Client governance reports

Skills and Specifications

The following skills and specifications are required in a candidate:

• BSc/Masters in Maths, Chemistry or Physics (70%+)
• Excellent communication with good verbal and written skills
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & PDF skills
• Continuously improve analytical skills and logical understanding of process to better support the business

Other Requirements

• Can work as part of a shift pattern
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Bonus: MBA in Finance
