Roles and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client enquiries/requirements
  • Logging all client queries in the Client Services Management tool
  • Ensure agreed service level is provided to clients at all times
  • Directing complex queries to Senior Management
  • Keeping track of deadlines and ensure clients are updated in a timely manner

Skills and Specifications

The following skills and specifications are required in a candidate:

  • BSc/Masters in Maths, Chemistry or Physics (70%+)
  • Excellent communication with good verbal and written skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel) & PDF skills
  • Highly motivated with willingness to learn and adapt to situations

Other Requirements

  • Can work as part of a shift pattern
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Bonus: MBA in Finance
  • Bonus: Customer support experience
