Roles and Responsibilities
Basic
- Network Administration, Security and maintenance (firewalls, routers, vpn)
- IBM MQ Administration, Security and maintenance
- Supporting the client integration onboarding process
- Documenting support processes
- Creating how-to guides and WIKI pages
- Generating evidence for internal and external system audits
- Producing reports for monthly IT audit meeting
- Contributing and supporting ISO 27001/SOC processes
- Logging issues and following through to resolution
- Suggesting solutions to Technology team that will simplify the support process
- Investigating and resolving issues safely and in a timely manner
- Creating scripts/code that aid the support process
Skills and Specifications
The following skills and specifications are required in a candidate:
- BEng/Masters in Computing or Sciences (70%+)
Other Requirements
- Can work as part of a shift pattern
- Pro-active approach to issue resolution
