Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Provide team management and procedural oversight
- Maintain ongoing training requirements for team
- Understand client requirements
- Managing service delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Improve team scalability. Improve existing processes and help redesign better solutions
- Build and strengthen cross-locational team relationship
Skills and Specifications
The following skills and specifications are required in a candidate:
- MBA in Finance
- BSc/Masters in Maths, Chemistry or Physics (70%+)
- 3-5 years’ work experience.
- Derivatives knowledge is an advantage but candidates with different backgrounds will be considered
- Excellent communication with good verbal and written skills
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel) & PDF skills
- Be a role model/mentor
Other Requirements
- People management skills
- Pro-active approach to issue resolution
- Proven track record of management/mentoring roles
